These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website olimpios.org (the "Website"), operated by Olimpios Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 80700642), registered at Unit 907, 9/F, Silvercord Tower 2, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("Olimpios", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Olimpios provides business-to-business information-technology services: consulting, design, development, integration and ongoing operation of CRM systems and sales-automation solutions, including solutions that use artificial-intelligence components. The Website describes these services and allows prospective clients to contact us.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance; any engagement between Olimpios and a client is governed exclusively by a separately concluded written agreement (proposal, statement of work or services agreement), which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.
